Using the service

These terms apply to the ebook service offered under the name AI KDP BOOK. You must be an adult capable of entering an agreement. Adults may create children's books; children may not register. Provide accurate account details and protect your credentials. Do not share access to evade plan limits, abuse automated registration or claim welcome credits repeatedly.

Features, generation and purchases are available only when enabled. A plan display or credit balance does not guarantee acceptance of a new task or payment. Review the scope, specifications, credit ceiling and publication conditions before accepting a task.

Your materials and responsibilities

You retain existing rights in your writing and uploads. You authorize processing, storage and provider transmission necessary to carry out your requests, and publication of Free snapshots only under the choice below. You must hold the necessary rights and permissions for submitted materials, likenesses and personal data.

Do not create unlawful or infringing content, child exploitation material, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation or threats, or bypass access controls. Do not remove trial watermarks to evade Free restrictions. Content complaints can be submitted to support; we do not represent that every item is automatically screened.

Free and paid rights

When open and subject to eligibility, the welcome program grants 2,000 credits once. This is not a recurring allowance or a promise of permanent availability.

Free completed books carry trial watermarks and are for personal reading and evaluation only, not sale or commercial use. Before Free production, you must accept the current condition that successful completion creates a separate public reading snapshot. Drafts, original uploads and character-reference originals stay private. Declining prevents that Free workflow from starting.

An effective paid subscription allows private books and eligible watermark-free commercial exports. Credits alone do not supply subscription benefits. New generation/export rights depend on the effective plan and the rights recorded for the file; uncertain entitlement may require review.

Lawfully obtained commercial files retain their license after cancellation or expiry. New exports after expiry follow the current plan. Upgrading does not retroactively change a Free file's license. If the same completed source already meets requirements, eligible paid re-export does not charge again for unchanged content, layout or typesetting; new content, specifications or redraws need a separate quote. Existing Free snapshots remain public until explicitly withdrawn through the private-visibility action. Copies already obtained by others cannot be recalled.

Delivery, credits and payments

Accepted operations reserve up to the stated credit ceiling. Qualified, accessible delivered components are settled; unused reservations are released. If part of a book fails, delivered text or images may remain usable while print-ready files are unavailable. This is component-based delivery, not a guarantee that every attempt completes a whole book.

Failed or unqualified components and their dependent charges are not settled; incorrect charges can be reversed. Choosing not to use qualified work does not automatically reverse its charge. Cancellation stops unsubmitted work; in-progress work requires reconciliation. Late results do not authorize charges beyond the accepted scope. Credit restoration differs from cash refunds; see the refund policy.

Where purchases are available, check price, currency, billing interval, renewal and applicable taxes before confirming. Cancelling renewal normally preserves benefits until the paid period ends. Unused credits do not extend subscription benefits. Plan expiry does not automatically publish historical private projects.

Review, restrictions and changes

AI output may be inaccurate, inconsistent or similar to other work. Review text, illustrations, rights and print quality before distribution. Commercial permission does not guarantee copyright, exclusivity, income or acceptance by Amazon KDP or another publisher. Follow the destination platform's current requirements and keep your own files; permanent hosting is not promised.

We may proportionately restrict access to address abuse, security or legal obligations. You may seek review, stop using the service or request deletion through contact or support@aikdpbook.com. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Material changes receive a revised date and appropriate notice or choice where required. They do not retroactively replace accepted task scope or lawfully issued file licenses. See the privacy policy for data handling.
