How AI KDP BOOK handles accounts, books and privacy requests.

Last updated: 2026-10-29

Information and purposes

AI KDP BOOK processes account details (name, email, sign-in identifiers and profile image), book instructions, manuscripts, uploads, character references, generated assets, exports and support messages. Where enabled, transaction records include subscriptions, credit reservations and settlements, orders and refund requests. Payment providers process payment information; do not send us full card numbers.

Session and service records can include IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, task status and errors. We use this information to provide access, produce and store work, account for credits, resolve problems and prevent abuse. Optional usage measurement follows your cookie choices.

Private projects and Free public books

Drafts, original uploads, original character references, account details and credit records are private and subject to access controls. Before an enabled Free book workflow starts, you must accept the displayed publication condition and its applicable version. A successfully completed Free book then becomes a separate, watermarked public reading snapshot. This does not publish project source files or original uploads. Incomplete work is not published as a completed book.

Public snapshots can be viewed and copied by others. Avoid personal or confidential information in books you agree to publish. Paid projects are private by default. Upgrading does not automatically withdraw a Free snapshot: use the available private-visibility action. Withdrawing a snapshot or deleting a project/account cannot recall copies already obtained by others.

Welcome-credit abuse prevention

When the welcome program is open, eligibility checks use verified email, account/session age, request frequency and combined session network and browser/device information. A shared IP alone is not proof of duplicate identity. You may request review of a decision through support.

Protected hashes derived from email and combined network/device evidence can remain after account deletion to prevent repeated claims. They are pseudonymous, not anonymous. Their expiry follows the approved program retention policy; expired records are removed during subsequent eligibility checks. Financial records have separate retention needs. The program remains unavailable until its retention and eligibility settings are approved; account deletion does not mean immediate erasure of every record.

Providers and disclosure

Hosting, storage, authentication, email, AI processing and, where enabled, payment and optional analytics providers process relevant data. AI requests can include your instructions, text and reference images. Processing and storage locations depend on enabled providers. We do not promise domestic-only storage or exclusion of all model training by every provider. Submit only material you are authorized to send for such processing.

We do not sell your personal information or creative uploads. Necessary disclosures may occur to meet applicable legal obligations, investigate abuse or protect rights. File validation and image-quality checks do not mean every image has passed content-safety review. Support accepts content concerns; automatic review or removal within a fixed time is not promised.

Retention, security and requests

We retain information as needed for service delivery, project maintenance, transaction reconciliation, disputes and applicable obligations. No permanent hosting or universal fixed retention period is promised. Download important files. Access restrictions and integrity checks help protect data, but no system eliminates every security risk.

Contact support@aikdpbook.com or use support tickets to request access, correction, a copy, deletion or an explanation of retained data. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. Proportionate identity verification may be needed; do not send identity documents unless necessary and requested. Deletion review must consider project files, public snapshots, support, financial and abuse-prevention records separately. Withdrawing optional-cookie consent does not undo prior lawful processing.

Adults and changes

The service is for adult creators. Children's books do not make it a service children may register for. Do not submit unnecessary identifying information about children; report accidental submissions through support.

We update this notice and its revision date as practices change. Material new purposes requiring consent will receive an appropriate choice; continued use alone is not consent to every new purpose. Contact: support@aikdpbook.com. See contact and terms.
